Selling Spanish Property is very easy to do in Spain. After finding your preferred estate agent/s, you can use several and there is no law as to a maximum number of agents you instruct.

Selling through an Estate Agent.

Make sure your agent keeps their fee within the 2% – 5% standard charge. If they wish to charge more, you should expect them to market your property worldwide via websites, glossy magazines and newspaper advertising.

When your agent has a client to purchase your property you can then instruct your lawyer to carry out the necessary work involved, this is minimal, to see your sale through to its conclusion.

Your lawyer should agree a set fee of around €300 – €500 and no more for their work.
